Overview

Fast-Flow ("Fast-Flow," "we," "us," or "our") provides a Chrome extension and companion web app that lets you ask questions about your Google Calendar and make changes to it using natural language. This policy explains what information Fast-Flow accesses, how it is used, how AI processing works, and the choices you have.

By signing in and using Fast-Flow, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Google Limited Use compliance

Fast-Flow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Fast-Flow does not use, transfer, sell, or share raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google Workspace user data to create, train, fine-tune, or improve foundational, generalized, or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. Google Calendar data is used only to provide user-facing Fast-Flow features that you request, such as answering calendar questions, summarizing availability, or creating and updating events.

Information Fast-Flow collects

• Google account information. When you sign in with Google, Fast-Flow receives basic profile information such as your name and email address, used to identify you within the app.
• Google Calendar data. Fast-Flow reads and, when you request it, creates, updates, or deletes events on your Google Calendar in order to answer your question or carry out your request. Calendar data is processed at the time of your request and is not stored by Fast-Flow as a separate calendar dataset.
• Conversation content. The messages you send and the responses Fast-Flow generates are processed by Fast-Flow's backend and, when AI assistance is needed, by Fast-Flow's configured AI service provider solely to produce the response or requested calendar action. Conversation content is not used by Fast-Flow to train generalized AI models.
• Local app data. Your chat history and interface preferences are stored locally in Chrome's storage on your device, so Fast-Flow can restore your conversation the next time you open it.

How information is used

• To authenticate you and connect to your Google Calendar.
• To generate answers and carry out the calendar actions you request.
• To maintain, secure, and debug Fast-Flow without using Google user data for generalized AI model training.
• To maintain your chat history locally between sessions.

Fast-Flow does not use your Google user data for advertising, does not sell your information, and does not share Google user data with data brokers.

AI processing and third-party AI services

Fast-Flow uses AI only to understand your request, generate a response, and prepare the calendar action you ask Fast-Flow to perform. Fast-Flow currently integrates with OpenRouter through OpenRouter's API to access AI model inference. Fast-Flow's OpenRouter API setup has Zero Data Retention (ZDR) enabled across all model routes used by Fast-Flow. This configuration is intended to prevent retention, data collection, or use of Fast-Flow prompts, outputs, Google Calendar data, or derived calendar data for AI model training.

Fast-Flow does not knowingly route Google Workspace user data to any AI model provider, plan, or tier that uses that data to train, fine-tune, or improve foundational or generalized AI/ML models. If Fast-Flow changes AI providers or adds another AI integration, we will update this policy and will continue to require compliance with Google Limited Use restrictions.

Fast-Flow currently uses the following OpenRouter model routes for AI inference:

• deepseek/deepseek-v4-flash
• openai/gpt-5.4-nano
• nvidia/nemotron-3-ultra-550b-a55b
• openrouter/free

How information is shared

Fast-Flow shares information only as needed to provide the service:

• With Google, through Google OAuth and the Google Calendar API, to sign you in and read or modify calendar events you ask about.
• With OpenRouter, Fast-Flow's AI inference provider, only as needed to generate responses and calendar actions you request, and only with safeguards intended to prevent model training or secondary use of Google user data.
• With Cloudflare, if traffic to Fast-Flow is routed through Cloudflare infrastructure, for website delivery, security, abuse prevention, and performance.

Fast-Flow does not transfer Google user data to third-party AI services that use raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Workspace data to train their AI/ML models.

Third-party privacy policies

Fast-Flow relies on a small number of third-party services to operate. Their privacy policies describe their own data handling practices:

• Google. Google OAuth and Google Calendar APIs are governed by Google's privacy terms, including the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke third-party app access in your Google Account permissions.
• OpenRouter. AI inference is routed through OpenRouter's API. OpenRouter's privacy practices are described in the OpenRouter Privacy Policy. Fast-Flow enables Zero Data Retention (ZDR) across all OpenRouter model routes used by Fast-Flow and configures its OpenRouter integration to prevent use of Google user data for AI model training.
• Cloudflare. Fast-Flow may use Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, caching, security, or traffic protection. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses, routing data, and request metadata as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Data minimization

Fast-Flow requests access only to the Google Calendar permissions needed to provide the calendar assistant features. Fast-Flow does not access Google Drive, Gmail, Google Photos, or other Google Workspace content unless the app is later updated to request those permissions and you authorize them.

Data retention

• Locally stored chat history and preferences remain in Chrome until you clear your history, sign out, or remove the extension.
• OAuth access tokens are managed at runtime through Chrome's Identity API and are not stored by Fast-Flow outside of that runtime session.
• Calendar data is processed to complete your request and is not retained by Fast-Flow as a standalone calendar dataset.
• Server logs, if any, are kept only as reasonably necessary for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service operation, and are not used to train generalized AI/ML models.

Your choices

• Clear your local chat history at any time using the delete icon in the app.
• Sign out of Fast-Flow, or revoke Fast-Flow's access from your Google Account permissions at any time.
• Remove the extension from Chrome to delete all locally stored data.

Children's privacy

Fast-Flow is intended for users age 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13.

Security

Fast-Flow uses reasonable technical measures, including Chrome's built-in identity and storage APIs, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and Fast-Flow cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

Fast-Flow may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Fast-Flow after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
